Service Description
Reizia Digital provides marketing, branding, and business growth consultancy services through a retainer or one-off project model. Each engagement’s scope, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in the individual client contract. These services may include, but are not limited to, marketing strategy, social media management, brand design, website development, and growth consultancy.
Client Obligations
To ensure effective delivery, clients agree to:
Communicate promptly and provide any required materials, information, or approvals in a timely manner.
Collaborate professionally and respond within agreed timeframes to avoid delays in project delivery.
Refrain from any actions that could disrupt the performance or security of our services.
Failure to provide requested materials or approvals may result in project delays or rescheduling.
Payments and Billing
All fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are detailed within each client’s contract. Retainer packages are billed on a recurring basis, while one-off projects are billed per the agreed milestone or delivery structure.
Payments must be made in full and on time as outlined in the contract. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a minimum of one month’s written notice, unless otherwise stated in the client’s contract. Any adjustments to this notice period will be detailed in the individual agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding payments for work completed up to the end of the notice period.
Reizia Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct that disrupts or damages our business or reputation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
