Spectrum Sisters Website Mockup

The Situation

Spectrum Sisters is a specialist assessment service for women and girls, offering autism and ADHD assessments outside the NHS waiting list. Chay had invested in a website and digital setup through a third party, but when the relationship broke down she found herself locked out of her own site, her domain, and the email accounts her team depended on. With a growing client base and no control over her own online presence, she needed to start again, quickly and properly this time.

The Problem

The priority was getting back online with a setup Chay actually owned. But beyond the immediate recovery, there was a bigger problem: the existing digital presence hadn't been doing the business justice anyway. Copy was generic. Reviews were sitting unused. FAQs weren't utilised properly on the site. The SEO foundations weren't there. And with a team of clinical practitioners and a service built on trust, looking credible and feeling approachable online wasn't optional.

What We Did

We rebuilt the site from scratch on Framer, with the domain and Google Workspace email accounts set up properly under Chay's control from day one. No third parties, no dependencies, no risk of finding herself in the same position again.

From there we wrote the full site copy: process steps walking visitors through what to expect from initial enquiry through to report and post-diagnostic support, a brand statement, and FAQ content drawn from the clinical detail on their assessment pages. Nine client testimonials were reformatted and packaged for use across the site. SEO metadata was written to give the new site the best possible start in search.

The brief throughout was warmth without vagueness, clinical credibility without feeling cold, and plain language that respects the vulnerability of someone considering an assessment for the first time.

The Outcome

Spectrum Sisters now has a site they own entirely, with email accounts the team can rely on and copy that reflects the standard of care they actually deliver. The reviews that were previously sitting unused are now working hard on the page, and the Google Ads campaign has started recovering bookings as the new domain beds in.

The relief, in Chay's own words, was palpable.
