The Situation

PA Care Consultancy came to Reizia with an idea for a new health and social care offer that had genuine potential to stand out. The challenge was that the idea was still at concept stage, and the market would not buy a concept. It would buy a clear offer, a clear outcome, and a credible organisation behind it.

They did not need “more marketing.” They needed a fractional CMO lens to translate vision into something that could be understood quickly, trusted immediately, and delivered confidently.

The Problem

The biggest risks were clarity and credibility. In health and social care, your message has to be precise, sensitive, and confident. If the offer feels vague, people assume it is unproven. If the brand feels improvised, buyers hesitate. On top of that, without commercial structure, it is difficult to price, position, or choose the right route to market.

What We Did (Fractional CMO Work)

We started with commercial clarity. We defined the audience, the outcomes, and the true differentiators, then shaped those into an offer that could be explained simply. From there, we built the brand foundations, including tone of voice, key messages, and positioning that balanced authority with warmth.

Once the narrative was tight, we translated it into a website built to do a specific job: make the offer easy to understand, build trust fast, and guide the right people toward the next step. Alongside the website, we developed the commercialisation and growth strategy so that the business had a direction for how to expand, what to prioritise, and what “good” looks like in the first phase of rollout.

The Outcome

PA Care Consultancy moved from a strong idea to a market-ready offer with a credible digital brand and website that matched the level of the work. Most importantly, the business now has clarity on how to communicate the offer, how to package it, and how to grow it without relying on guesswork.
